Xbox User Agreement

From time to time, we update and supplement the features and services we offer through Xbox Live. For example, we recently removed Microsoft Points in favor of the local currency. If we make any of these changes, Microsoft will need to update the Xbox Live Terms of Service (TOS). To continue using Xbox Live, you (or your parent if you are a minor) must agree to this updated agreement. 6.3 Remember that your account is personal to you and cannot be transferred or exchanged with another user. 5.3 When creating an Account, you must also provide a “Username” and/or “Persona” to represent you in connection with the Services. Usernames and personas are linked to your account and are not transferable (i.e. they cannot be transferred to other people). You may not use a username or character that is used by anyone else, that is vulgar or offensive, that imitates a third party, that infringes the proprietary rights of a third party, or that otherwise violates these Terms of Use.
